- Various salads (Lollo rosso, Lollo biondo, oak leaf lettuce, Frisee, lamb’s lettuce, rocket salad, radicchio salad)
- White wine vinegar
- White balsamic vinegar
- Vegetable broth
- Apple juice
- Hemp oil
- Rapeseed oil
- Salt, pepper
- Peeled hemp seeds
Wash salad, drain well and mix together.
Hemp vinaigrette: 1 part white wine vinegar, 1 part white balsamic vinegar, 1 part vegetable broth, 1 part apple juice, 5 parts hemp oil, 1 part rapeseed oil, 1 part honey, salt and pepper.
Roast hemd seeds in a pan at medium heat and add to dish.
