- beef fillet
- 1 bunch wild garlic
- 100g grated parmesan
- 100g peeled hemp seeds
- 50g hemp oil
- salt, pepper
- 1 ice cube
- sweet soy sauce (Ketjap Manis)
- ribbon noodles
Cut beef fillet into fine slices and put on sticks.
For the pesto: Cut 1 bunch fresh wild garlic into stripes.
Mash parmesan, hemp seeds, hemp oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and the ice cube in a blender.
Roast sticks, arrange ribbon noodles on a plate and dip with pesto. Bring out the main points of the dish with sweet soy sauce (Ketjap Manis).
